NW CT EDC Task Team The Northwest Connecticut Economic Development Corporation (NWCTEDC) conducted "Task Team" meetings to address specific regional major issues facing the economy of Northwest Connecticut.  These issues were identified in two full day Scenario Planning sessions conducted in March and April 2008.
